Excellent Customer Service Is Critical to Online Success

One thing every internet marketer should make sure they have is great customer service. Just because your business is online doesn’t mean you don’t have to do all you can for customer satisfaction. Actually, it is usually even more important for internet businesses to pay particular attention to their customer service. It is so much easier these days to shop online, which probably contributed to your decision to begin internet marketing, that people are looking for the best customer service that is offered from each business. This will be the area that ultimately turns your one-time customers into repeat ones. Here are some ideas that you can use to improve your customer service.

Whenever anyone buys from your site, don’t forget to thank them by e-mail. This can be done very easily even if you run your business in an automated manner; just set up a message saying “thanks for your order” that goes to each customer after their purchase. You can create a simple, “thanks for your order” e-mail simply by setting up a feature offered by most e-mail services that allow you to send out automated messages. Use it! This is a way you can get more sales by just sending out one extra e-mail!

If it’s feasible, be sure to implement any suggestions and advice your customer offers you. And even if your customer doesn’t like something you’re doing, try to make time to personally answer every email you receive. Remember, negative feedback can sometimes be constructive and help you develop better products in the future. The most skeptical site viewers will become loyal customers when you get in the habit of sending emails thanking them for offering their feedback and addressing specific points they raise in their emails. Because you are showing these customers that you actually see them as people and not just a sale, they will enjoy coming to you to buy from you time and time again.

It is always well received when you send a free item to your customer list. Don’t settle for a simple newsletter with this part of your customer service plan. Say you write articles as a profession, why not send your client a free article based on something you know they are interested in? If your work by selling affiliate products, see if the affiliate company can offer anything free from their back office and then have them send out the products to the people that are on your list. They will appreciate the free things and will be more likely to buy from you again in the future!

Good customer service makes good business sense. Ask your fellow internet marketers what kind of customer service they provide to their buyers. Internet marketers who don’t offer good customer service will see their bottom line suffering. Think along the lines of inviting real people to buy from you, not just customers. They aren’t only accounts that pay you to work. By treating them as individuals, and using kindness and understanding, you’ll create return customers.

Before I Got Involve With Yournetbiz I Had Some Question!

I had been thinking about how my life had changed recently and how could I improve it, my children had all
grown up, now families of their own. you don’t relises how having children of your own seems to keep you on the same path in life looking after the family, making sure they don’t go without and dedicating your time to them.
once they had all gone I was at a loss, Was this all what life had to offer.

I have always been a very active person, working long hours 6 sometimes 7 days a week to make money for my family,
But once they had gone, I was still working these long hours, for what,? was this what life was all about?
One of my hobbies,when I had the time was the internet, I don’t know why but I really enjoy it.
I started to receive emails from people I did not even know asking me to join with them in their online business opportunities.
Some of these emails were claiming I could start to live life to the full and have money in the bank, and work less hours than my day job.

I thought this was all just hype, but for some reason, this started to get me thinking, can you really make a living online, was it that easy?
Now I don’t know why but I started to do some research into these claims, could this be true.
One of my problems I thought was, I am not very good with the computer, yes I know how switch on and browse, but that was all of my skills.
The other problem I had I thought was, I was to old, you know that saying you cant teach an old dog new tricks well I thought that was me, and you know what, thats not true.
I spent around six weeks in doing my research into these online business opportunities and narrowed it down to four that were of interested me.
They were claiming that anyone could make money online no matter what skills you had.
So out of the four I picked one and took the plunge, the cost to join was $3500-00 what was I doing I thought.

I spent time trying understand how this business worked, but what I found out was that I had to keep spending more and more money with no return.
because I was what you would call a newbie to online business, I was just being taken advantage of, this turned out to be true.
I decided to cut my losses and try to do some more research, Then again I took the plunge, and the same thing happen yet again.
I felt likeI had been conned and started to loose interest with my efforts make money from the internet, was I to old for this, was I missing something.

Sometime after I got an email from this guy claiming that his online business was the one to join if I really want to make money online.
His email had a link to his training video detailing how the business worked. I watched this video a few times and thought I am not sure what to do now.
One of things I liked was that within his email was his phone number and I could call him anytime if I wanted my questions answered .
I went for it I decided to call him thinking I would get some kind of recorded message, no a real voice on the other end what a surprise.

I explained my situation to him, that I was what you call a newbie, and that I had already tried with two other online businesses without any success,
His answer took me by surprise, he explained that the same had happened to him when he first started in the business, and that its all part of a learning curve.
The other thing that I liked was, he said if you have any problems or need help, all I had to do was pick up the phone, which I thought was great.
He went on to explain that within the back office of the business was all the training products that I needed to get started, he also told me that the only other costs
Would be for a domain name and a hosting account, and that I would not have to spend anymore.
What impressed me more was there was no hard sales pitch in our conversation.
I decided to join the business, third time lucky I thought, and you know what I am still here, now earning more than I thought possible for less hours.
It took me a while to get up and running but I got there in the end. Oh the name of the business is Yournetbiz.
Now my life has change like I never thought possible, and it just gets better.
